In order to provide RDI Customers with feedback on the "Functional Tests and Final Quality Check" performed by RDI's Customer Service on all RDI Products, before they are shipped back to the customer, RDI Customer Service, now includes an "ATP Check List" sheet, which describes the tests performed on each unit to insure that a high Quality product arrives at the customer site.
To help customers maintain records of any service activity while RDI Products are being used by the nomadic computer user, and to keep track of Problems and Resolutions, RDI's Customer Service, now provides a single page detailed report on the "Problem Reported", the "Problem Found" and the "Problem Resolution" for all products that require service or support.
